FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $100*

All orders are processed and collected the next business day after the order have been made. Due to the high volume of parcels being sent with Australia Post we are finding that some orders (but not all) are experiencing delays. While we have listed the suggested delivery times, these times may not be met so please allow yourself plenty of time for delivery.

STANDARD ORDERS

Queen of Hearts delivers Australia wide and offers FREE delivery on orders of $100* or more. A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders under $100.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed either the same or the next business day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our Mascot location. If an order is placed on a public holiday or on the weekend then orders will be processed the next business day.

All orders receive a confirmation email and a tracking number is provided. If you have placed an order and have not received your confirmation email please check your junk mail. A Tax Invoice is sent with each order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

At this point, Queen of Hearts doesn’t offer Express Shipping online but we are working on it. In the meantime, if you require an order to be sent ASAP please call 0409 929 508. Queen of Hearts will help you with the items you would like to order and will provide an Express Shipping fee.


NON-DELIVERY OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES

If an order has been returned by Australia Post and Queen of Hearts has not been notified by the purchaser a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees.
If an order has been returned by Australia Post and Queen of Hearts has been contacted by the purchaser to have the order re-delivered a shipping fee will be incurred for the redelivery.

Should delivery be refused by the purchaser or a person at the delivery address and the order is returned to Queen of Hearts a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees.


WHAT IF I’M NOT AT MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

All orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel service. A card will be left at the address. Your order will be sent to the closest Post Office that Australia Post chooses to send it to. The order will remain at the selected Post Office for 10 days. Once the 10 days has lapsed the order will be returned to Queen of Hearts. If Queen of Hearts hasn’t been contacted by the purchaser a refund will be processed minus any shipping fees.

While we do our best to keep our website up to date if an item has been ordered and is out of stock we shall email the customer notification. You are welcome to email hello@queenofhearts.com.au or call us on 0409 929 508 before you place an order to confirm that we have the item in stock for reassurance.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently don’t ship international orders. If you see an item you would like to purchase and ship outside of Australia please email hello@queenofhearts.com.au and we can provide you with an international shipping price.

Sydney Luggage

Sydney Luggage Centre was established in 1952 in Mascot as a small shoe repair store by Michael.

After Michael had passed, his son Jim and his wife Anne took over the business. They saw the vision to expand the business by selling handbags and wallets and later adding luggage.

Located near the Sydney Airport , Air Hostesses would bring their shoes in to be repaired. One day, one of the ladies asked Jim if he would try and repair a bag that the airline she worked for accidentally damaged. Jim kindly offered to repair the bag. From there word got around within the airlines that Jim did bag repairs and from then on the company established a luggage repair department.

In December 2016 Jim sadly passed away and the business has now carried over to his two daughters Katherine and Fiona. Now in it’s 3rd generation, Sydney Luggage Centre still offers it’s exceptional service, wide variety and competitive prices to the everyday traveller.
